1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 3 or 7 days of receiving the order.

Clear photos of the item showing the issue must be provided.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies.

If approved, we will guide you through the return process, including pickup or drop-off instructions.

3. Refund Method

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued in the following way:

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow  5–10 business days for the refund to reflect once approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted and must follow the return process.
